Who can become a Virtual Place Partner with Workzallyy?

Any individual or business that owns or manages a commercial, coworking, warehouse, or retail property with a valid address and utility bill can become a Virtual Place Partner. Residential properties
are not eligible.

You are expected to:

  • Provide your property address and basic documents (Utility Bill, Ownership Proof)
  • Sign a Rent Agreement and NOC for 11 months
  • Coordinate during GST officer visits (if any)
  • Allow minimal physical presence (no setup required)

No. This is a non-operational virtual setup. No staff, furniture, or office access is required. Your location is used only for documentation and legal compliance (PPOB), not daily operations.

You need to provide:

  • Utility Bill (within 60 days)
  • Ownership Proof (Sale deed, tax receipt, etc.)
  • A copy of your PAN and Aadhaar

 

Our team will draft and manage the Rent Agreement and NOC
paperwork.
